Hi, I’m Paul

A mental health blogger. Passionate about supporting, sharing and helping people find a path forward that suits them.

I was born and grew up in Stoke on Trent, England, the youngest of 5 brothers, to parents that both served in WW2. They were warm, hardworking, and energetic, but also had losses to deal with that many don’t suffer now, including their second born. Home life was vibrant and busy and what it lacked in money it made up for in activity and love, and pretty decent ethics and guidance.
